Commerical Loans

We have funded loans on almost any type of property. The only exceptions are special use properties, construction & raw land. We specialize in self employed borrowers who own small commercial buildings. We have funded several of these loans with limited income docs and no appraisals, in most cases. We also have some loan programs for larger apartment building loans. Our rates are lower then most bank loans and our approvals are fast and easy.

Commercial lending can be a challenge in today's financial market. We have two programs that make it simple.

1). Small private loans that require no income docs

Great for self employed borrowers or borrowers with less then perfect credit. These loans range from six to 36 months in terms and we can close in 7-10 business days.

2). Large commercial loans

We work with a life insurance company that will do loans from one million to twenty million dollars. The rates are very competitive with terms to 30 years. The lender will look at the property and cash flow of the deal more then the borrower. Most loans are non-recourse and take 45-60 days to close.
